Terms of Service

Rules & Guidelines

◼ I have the right to decline any commissioner and/or request.◼ All prices are listed in USD. Payment is done through Paypal and before I start working.
CAUTION: A refund because you decide you don't want the artwork anymore, IS NOT possible! Please think about your budget first, before you order.◼ Finished commissions will be posted on Twitter. Please tell me if you'd rather stay anonymous/ prefer me not to post it.◼ Early sketches are going to be sent as many times as needed. PLEASE NOTE: After I've done the lineart, only smaller corrections will be possible. Additional changes will be charged extra.◼ You're free to use the commission how you like (profile pictures, banners etc.).
However, please do not pass it off as your own work. Commercial use is prohibited, unless agreed upon. Will charge extra.◼ For avoidance of doubt, I reserve the rights, and the client has no rights to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate art, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work, unless the client obtains my specific and express permission to do so. Nor does the client have the right to sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate art without my specific and express permission.◼You are not allowed to use my art for NFTs or AI. You will get banned from my services without receiving a refund, in case the commission hasn't been finished yet.

Turnaround

◼ Please have some references ready. This could be screenshots, a variety of different pictures of the character or even a simple paint-sketch! Anything helps! :) (Don't steal OCs and designs!)
PLEASE NOTE: Design and PNGtuber-Commissions are possible but will cost extra (again, depending on your references and the amount of detail).◼ I will start working on the rough sketch and send it for confirmation.◼ The amount of time I need to finish your commission ranges from 1 to 3 months (depending on complexity and availability).◼ Commissions will be fully refunded if I'm unable to finish the commission for any reason.

I WON'T DO

◼ mechas, NSFW, detailed backgrounds (except with good reference given by the commissioner, expect additional charges), offensive stuff (racism etc.), gore, style of a different artist (please look at my art first, since this is what you'll get)

*includes your character in a simple pose going from the top of their head to their shoulders (transparent version possible; highly complex clothing or accessories might be charged extra)
